Salary:$155,000–$160,000 + Super + Bonus

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least2 years' experience as a Facility Manager in residential aged care
Strong clinical and operational leadership capabilities
A commitment to high‐quality, person‐centred care




The ability to lead, develop and support clinical teams while maintaining strong compliance standards
