Portfolio Associate | Real Estate Private Credit

Brook Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian real estate investment manager specialising in private credit and private equity. They are looking for a Portfolio Associate to sit at the centre of portfolio performance, turning complex data into explicit recommendations for the Investment, Risk, Finance and Capital teams.

The role
Build and improve portfolio financial models and performance tools
Analyse returns, liquidity, credit facilities and distributions
Prepare investor, fund and board reporting
Support capital raising and investor due diligence
Coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators
Coach and develop Portfolio Analysts

About you
5 to 7 years in portfolio or investment analysis, ideally in real assets or private credit
Advanced Excel and robust modelling skills
Degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar; CFA, CA or CPA highly regarded
Transparent communicator who enjoys solving problems and working with others
