You'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the dealership, working closely with your Sales, Service and Parts teams to deliver solid commercial and customer outcomes.

Your focus will be simple:
Achieve the dealership budget
Drive sales and gross profit
Manage stock and aged inventory
Grow Service and Parts performance
Keep a close eye on costs and productivity
Coach and lead your managers and team
Deliver a outstanding customer experience
Maintain safe, compliant and well-run operations
