Smart Yield Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager – Inspections & Leasing for a field-based role in Eight Mile Plains, QLD. The position is full time (38 hours) Tuesday to Saturday, with Mondays off, and involves conducting routine inspections, open homes, tenant applications and listing preparations.
You will need current Queensland registration or Real Estate licence (or be willing to obtain one), a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
