We are seeking a experienced Facilities Manager to manage the smooth operation and maintenance of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an independent role within a agile team, ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and that tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
Coordinate routine maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal disruption
Oversee vendor management and service contracts
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Develop and oversee maintenance budgets and reporting
Manage fit out processes




Provide some direction to a team of support staff

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial facilities management
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
After hours / on call
