Redlands Mazda is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Consultant to join our high-performing team in Brisbane. You will deliver tailored car finance and insurance solutions while maintaining compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this high-volume dealership, you will structure deals, work with Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; penetration, and strive to exceed monthly targets with accurate documentation and ASIC compliance.
