Our client is an established firm with a respected insurance practice. They’re looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a small, collegiate team handling complex property damage and construction disputes. You’ll work closely with a senior lawyer on substantial, multi-party matters, and there’s a transparent path to progression.

What you’ll be doing
Advising on policy coverage for first-party and third-party liability claims arising from building, trade and construction losses
Defending complex multi-party property damage and liability claims
Running subrogated and commercial recoveries, from prospects advice and pre-litigation negotiations through to litigated actions
Advising on indemnity under general liability and principal-arranged insurance policies
Handling public and occupiers’ liability matters
Acting for government bodies, major head contractors, national subcontractors and service providers

What you’ll bring
Solid experience in insurance litigation,



ideally in property damage, construction or general liability
Experience with coverage disputes and/or recovery actions
Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
The confidence to run complex matters and manage client relationships
Associate or Senior Associate level experience (the title will reflect your experience)
