Pizza Riviera is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our busy stores and oversee day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about people, quality, and customer service.
Key responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service
Manage daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Staff rostering and workforce planning in line with business needs
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies
Oversee stock control, ordering and waste management
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain high standards of cleanliness,



food quality and presentation
Work closely with senior management to achieve business targets
About you
Proven experience as a Store Manager in hospitality or retail
Solid leadership, communication and people management skills
Confident with rostering, stock control and reporting
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Organised, reliable and adaptable
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
