ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Melbourne to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a team to perform at their best. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and delivering outstanding customer service in a multi-million-dollar store.

You’ll train and coach staff, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage stock and merchandising, and step in to run the store during the manager’s absence. A solid leader with integrity is valued here.
