is seeking an experienced and driven
Truck Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive growth across our truck sales operation. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading dealership, backed by Australia's largest automotive retailer, where you'll have the autonomy to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
As a key leader within the dealership, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic opportunities across fleet, government, and retail markets. What you'll be doing
Lead, coach, and develop the truck sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Drive new and used truck sales performance across retail, fleet, and commercial customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, fleet operators, and business partners
Identify new business opportunities and implement sales growth strategies
Monitor sales activity, pipeline management, and dealership profitability
Work closely with finance, service, and parts departments to maximise customer retention and satisfaction
Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales process
Maintain strong knowledge of products, market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and dealership sales plans
Promote a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company values
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a Truck Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or senior automotive sales leadership role




Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong leadership and people management capabilities
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Experience working with fleet, commercial, or heavy vehicle customers highly regarded
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering results
Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
