gather by Cater Care is seeking experienced, polished and service-focused High Table Waiters to join our new food service operation at Trinity College, opening in January 2027 .
In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional table service in a formal dining environment, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for students, staff and guests. With robust waiting experience, confident table service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality, you’ll help set the standard for an outstanding dining experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver attentive,
qualified table service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued
Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs and respond to requests promptly and courteously
Prepare and set tables to a high standard, ensuring the dining room is presented beautifully and ready for service
Serve food and beverages confidently, following established service standards and responsible alcohol service requirements
Maintain immaculate dining areas, tables and service stations throughout each service
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely and coordinated servi
