About us

Lil Cilantro is a Vietnamese-French café in Cherrybrook, proudly serving the local community since 2015. We're known for our Vietnamese coffee, bánh mì, phở and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're a small, friendly team and we're looking for another great person to join us.

The role

We're looking for an All-Rounder to join our front-of-house team. You'll be making coffee, serving customers, and supporting the kitchen and floor throughout service. No two shifts are exactly the same, which keeps the day interesting.

Your day-to-day
Making espresso-based coffee and Vietnamese drinks (we'll train you on our menu)
Taking orders, serving customers and handling cash and card payments
Preparing and serving food, plus light kitchen support
Keeping the café clean, tidy and well stocked
Being a friendly face for our regulars

Shifts and hours

We have two options, so let us know which suits you:
Weekends only
Versatile, 3–4 days per week





Shifts are usually 7:30am–2:00pm, with some variation depending on the day.

What we're looking for
Previous barista experience is highly regarded
Experience as an all-rounder or in front-of-house is a plus, but beginners with a outstanding attitude are welcome. We'll train you.
RSA certificate is preferred
A friendly, reliable team player who enjoys working with customers
