Based in Plympton, halfway between Adelaide’s CBD and Glenelg, our brand-current, state-of-the-art facilities bring together general practice and aesthetic skin treatments.

About the role

You will be our go-to person for keeping the practice organised,



supporting the team and delivering a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations, including appointments, rosters, billing and patient records.
Leading and supporting our administrative team and coordinating with doctors and nurses.
Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance and improving workflows.
Handling patient feedback with professionalism and care.
Supporting branding, marketing and business development.
Maintaining practice policies, accreditation readiness and compliance requirements.

About you

You bring general practice experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist, along with:
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A sound understanding of billing, practice finances and healthcare compliance.
A calm, practical approach to solving problems and managing priorities.
Initiative, accountability and a commitment to excellent patient care.
