Dalby Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants as well as Duty Managers to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a team setting and are willing to learn and develop their skills within the hospitality industry. Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to successful applicants. Full-time hours are available for the right candidate, with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.
Key responsibilities
Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
Serving food and beverages in accordance with club standards
Assisting with bar, bistro and gaming operations where appropriately qualified
Operating POS systems and processing customer transactions
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of service areas
Following responsible service of alcohol and gaming requirements
Working collaboratively with management and team members
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
About you
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, punctuality and a robust work ethic
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A professional presentation and customer-focused approach
The ability to remain organised and efficient in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
RSA and RSG qualifications are desirable
Willingness to obtain any required qualifications relevant to duties
