We brought the brand to Australia in ****, opening our first shop at Westfield Carindale in Brisbane, and have since grown to 19 locations across Australia and Current Zealand. Every shop is run by a locally owned franchise partner, backed by our Support Office and distribution centre on the Sunshine Coast.

Our Coolum Beach Support Office is a close-knit team that powers the whole AU and NZ network, from marketing and e-commerce to purchasing, operations and education. We work hard, back each other, and never lose sight of what makes the brand special: making every guest look and feel their best.
The opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy, budget and results across every channel, shop and market. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll decide what the business should do and why, then lead a capable team to make it happen.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real influence. You'll shape everything from e-commerce and CRM to paid media, national campaigns, local area marketing and our partnership with the Brisbane Lions.
What you'll be doing




Building and owning the annual marketing plan and 12-month promotional calendar
Leading, coaching and developing our Marketing team
Owning the marketing budget and making ROI-based calls on where spend goes
Setting e-commerce strategy and online revenue targets in partnership with our Purchasing team
Driving CRM, loyalty and retention strategy across email, SMS and in-store
Setting paid media strategy for Google and Meta, and holding our agency partners accountable for performance
Managing the Brisbane Lions partnership, including activation, negotiation and renewals, and finding new partnership opportunities
Building strong relationships with franchise Business Owners and Shop Managers, and presenting campaigns at network meetings
Turning data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta and Snowflake into clear insights and monthly reporting
About you
3+ years' marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a management or senior role
Retail, franchise or multi-site experience highly regarded
A proven record of building marketing plans that grow sales
Strong commercial skills, including budget ownership and ROI-based decision making
Solid understanding of CRM (Klaviyo or similar) and paid media (Google and Meta); Shopify experience a bonus
Experience leading a team and managing agencies and suppliers
Experience managing brand partnerships or sponsorships, including negotiation
A confident presenter who can influence franchise partners and senior leaders
A sharp eye for brand and creative quality, and calm under pressure across multiple campaigns
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications, or equivalent experience
Direct line to the Managing Director and genuine ownership of the marketing function
A senior role with a national sporting partnership on the books

This role is based full time (38 hours, Monday to Friday) at our Support Office in Coolum Beach.
