What You'll Do
Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships and referrals
Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
Build strong relationships and create outstanding member experiences
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
Track leads, appointments and conversions using our CRM
Work closely with the team to help the club grow and thrive
Who You Are
Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets
Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks
A solid communicator who listens, empathises and influences
Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
Sales experience is beneficial, but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most
