Your Responsibilities Will Include
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, food buffets, fridges, freezers and staff canteen.
Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.

For this role, your skills and experience will be inclusive of the following
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment
Food Handlers Certificate is mandatory for this role
Excellent organisational & time management skills
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Quality awareness
Excellent communication skills
Occupational Health & Safety awareness (chemical use required)
High standards of presentation and grooming




Ability to work a rotating roster with various shifts (inclusive of morning, afternoon and overnight shifts – where your own method of transport is advantageous).
Must be able to work across a 7 day roster, sometimes outside the hours of Public Transport
Shifts will generally be late evening to early morning (6.00pm to 2.00am) , own transport an advantage.
Successful candidates must be available and have work rights to enable them to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
This role requires colleagues to work in an active work setting, where manual handling tasks will be required.
