We are seeking a Divisional Clinical Services Lead to provide clinical leadership, governance support, education, and quality improvement across a portfolio of clinics specialising in Laser Vision correction surgery, IOL surgery and Cataract surgery.
This is an exciting prospect to influence patient care, develop clinical teams, and drive excellence across a leading healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and support to clinic teams.
Deliver training and professional development programmes.




Lead quality improvement initiatives and share best practice.
Ensure compliance with CQC, GOC, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
Support performance management, clinical governance and patient safety.
Drive improvements in patient experience and clinical outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clinic managers, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
About You
Registered Healthcare Professional.
Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare governance and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Experience in ophthalmology, surgery, aesthetics or a related clinical field would be advantageous.
Willingness to travel extensively across the South East region.
