About the Opportunity
Join RACV’s Leisure team in a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the day-to-day operation of our Food & Beverage outlets while creating exceptional experiences for members, guests and visitors.
Providing hands-on leadership and direction to Food & Beverage Attendants
Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the outlet
Delivering high-quality, timely and professional service to members and guests
Coordinating with management, kitchen, bar and events teams
Managing customer feedback and resolving difficult situations
Supporting staffing efficiencies, minimising wastage and completing end-of-day requirements
Leading by example and maintaining high standards of service, presentation and safety
What you’ll need to be successful
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Team Leader role within a 4–5 star resort or similar workplace
Demonstrated experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to lead, train and motivate a team in a busy hospitality workplace
Confidence using POS systems and managing customer feedback
A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, which can be arranged on the job
