About the Role
Lead a high-performing Business Services & Advisory team and manage an established portfolio generatingapproximately $1m in annual fees. Work with the Founding Partners on client transition, firm growth and agenuine pathway to equity and future ownership.
Duties
Lead, mentor and develop the Business Services & Advisory team.
Manage an established portfolio of SME, family and generational clients.
Deliver taxation, compliance and commercial advisory services.
Oversee workflow, productivity, technical reviews and service quality.
Partner with the Founding Partners on growth, succession and client transition.
Skills & Experience
CA, CPA or equivalent qualified qualification.
Australian public-practice experience in Business Services and Tax.
Strong Australian tax knowledge and commercial advisory capability.
Leadership, coaching and complex client-management skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Xero, MYOB or similar business applications.
