Prepare substrates for Axolotl’s coating systems and finish our applied metal, concrete and terracotta surfaces. Sanding, filler work, finishing and polishing are central to this role. Panel-beating or French-polishing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities
Read job sheets and prepare substrates accurately.
Sand, fill, finish and polish work to the required surface standard.
Follow production schedules and instructions from the Production Manager.
Work safely, handle materials and maintain attention to detail.

What you will bring
Experience in sanding and filler work.
A methodical approach and the ability to work to a deadline.
The ability to read job sheets and follow instructions.
Knowledge of current workplace health and safety requirements.
The capacity to lift and handle materials safely.
A positive, qualified approach and availability Monday to Friday.

The role includes prospects to learn, lunch on Thursdays and an early finish at 2 pm on Fridays.
