The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Tailor / Fitter to join our team full-time.
This is a key role within the business ideal for someone who is:
Highly skilled in garment fitting and pinning
Confident working with bridal, formalwear, and luxury garments
Skilled, reliable, and aligned with a team-first environment
You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences while supporting a structured, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct client fittings with confidence and precision
Pin garments accurately for alterations (bridal, formalwear, menswear & everyday wear)
Provide expert advice on garment fit, structure, and styling
Ensure clear and accurate communication with tailors
Perform quality control on completed garments
Manage client expectations with professionalism and care
Assist with shop accounts and client relationships
Support daily operations including garment organisation and workflow coordination
Identify opportunities to upsell services where appropriate
