The Role
Manage an established portfolio of approximately 150 properties
Portfolio covering the Mandurah & Peel region.
Dedicated Property Management Assistant
Shared VA support assisting with maintenance, new tenancy checklists and lease renewals
95% office-based with minimal out-of-office appointments
Strong focus on building relationships with owners and tenants

About You
Ideally 2–3+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
Current WA Property Management Registration
Confident, organised and able to take ownership of your portfolio
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
A positive, switched-on personality who enjoys being part of a team
A standout junior PM ready to step up into a larger portfolio may also be considered
