Mitchelton State High School is seeking a passionate Pedagogy Coach to strengthen teaching practice across the school. You will work with teachers and leaders to embed the Teaching and Learning Framework, model evidence-informed strategies and support qualified growth for staff.

The role focuses on explicit teaching, differentiation, assessment, feedback and student engagement, with a key emphasis on cooperative PLC development and reflective practice to drive student success.
