You will provide strategic leadership, drive the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategic Roadmap and Workforce Plan, and partner with senior University leaders to reflect Indigenous voices in decision-making.

You will champion culturally secure practices, strengthen cultural capability and grow an inclusive staff community within the Library.
