About the Role
We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our Carole Park manufacturing team.
In these hands-on roles, you'll be responsible for supporting the production of corrugated cardboard packaging through the safe operation of machinery, quality control activities and general production duties.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and assist with production equipment
Feed raw materials and remove finished products
Support machine setups and production runs
Conduct quality inspections and production checks
Stack, pack and prepare products for dispatch
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
Contribute to achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience
Experience in packaging, printing, food manufacturing or similar industrial environments is highly regarded
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on workplace
Able to work morning or afternoon shifts and overtime when required
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
