About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in workforce development, recruitment, human resources, business development, or stakeholder engagement to support employers, industry and the community in addressing current and emerging workforce needs. You will have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to develop productive partnerships, and experience providing advice, solutions and support to a diverse range of stakeholders. With excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, you will be confident working both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes and contribute to workforce participation, training and employment opportunities.
There is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
