Lutheran Services Australia is seeking a Casual Creative Lifestyle Facilitator to enrich residents' daily lives through purposeful, personalised activities at Cooinda aged care, Gympie, QLD. You’ll work with the Creative Lifestyle Coordinator to shape engaging programs that foster joy and wellbeing.

Role requires creativity in activities, experience with diverse abilities, and a willingness to learn about dementia. Casual position, Mon–Fri availability and in office duties at the Gympie location.
