IREN Limited is seeking an experienced Manager, SOX Compliance to join the SOX team and strengthen global controls for accurate financial reporting. The role involves planning, testing, and remediation of ITGCs and business process controls across SAP, HiBob and related systems, with a focus on COSO alignment and regulatory changes.

The position requires 5+ years in SOX/compliance, CPA/CISA/CIA, and a track record at a U.S. public company or Big Four.
