What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction.
A robust Contract Administration background,



with sound commercial and financial management skills.
Experience delivering commercial projects valued at $10M+.
Ideally, exposure to education, government or community projects.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or a related discipline.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive programme, budget, quality and safety outcomes.
Confidence managing clients, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead a team and deliver results.

Your Role
Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning through to handover.
Driving programme, budget, quality and safety performance.
Overseeing contracts, variations, procurement and subcontractor management.
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
Identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions.
Leading and inspiring the project team to deliver a successful outcome.
