The Prospect

A major residential developer is looking for experienced Project Leads to drive major residential apartment projects. These are complex projects with a lot of stakeholders, covering the full lifecycle from post acquisition through to completion.

This is a 12 month contract with high probability to extend.

Responsibilities:
Shape and deliver the project, commercial, funding and delivery strategy for large scale housing projects
Manage delivery across due diligence, funding and approvals, planning, procurement, development management and completion
Develop the transaction strategy and delivery model, resolve complex commercial issues and lead negotiations
Prepare and manage budgets,



and advise on development feasibility
Run due diligence and risk assessments, and put mitigation strategies in place
Manage relationships with councils, authorities, consultants, contractors, tenants and the community
Report to executive and governance forums, making sure the project meets probity, procurement and WHS requirements

About you
A proven record delivering major property, housing, urban renewal or infrastructure projects of significant scale and complexity
Robust strategic, commercial and technical leadership across the whole project lifecycle
Experience running complex stakeholder settings, ideally including mixed-tenure or affordable housing
Confidence identifying development risks and constraints and keeping delivery on track
Able to manage several priorities and hit critical milestones while working closely with internal teams
