About the Role
Due to recent project wins, an exciting chance has arisen for a Project Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio valued at approximately $40 million. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Perth metro, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects valued at $40 million
Manage project teams, subcontractors,



and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations
Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, proactively addressing any issues
Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of quality and safety
Report regularly to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and milestones
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience managing complex projects within the Perth metro area, ideally across multiple concurrent projects
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on delivery excellence
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts effectively
Relevant qualifications in project management or engineering disciplines highly regarded
$150,000 - $200,000 + Vehicle or Vehicle allowance
