Aurec is seeking a hands-on BI and analytics specialist to own the workforce analytics setting. You will combine Power BI, SQL, and data modelling to turn complex HR data into actionable insights that influence decisions on headcount, retention, remuneration and recruitment.

This role is non-management, with technical leadership and collaboration with executives in a large Australian organisation operating in a versatile hybrid setup.
