About the Role
Redlands Mazda is seeking an experienced Business Manager / Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Consultant to join our high-performing team. This is a fantastic prospect for a driven automotive finance professional to step into a high-volume dealership and maximise earnings.
You will be responsible for delivering tailored car finance and insurance while ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Present and sell automotive finance, insurance and protection memberships
Structure vehicle finance deals in line with lender and compliance requirements
Work closely with Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; penetration and profitability
Deliver a seamless and professional customer buying experience
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and KPI targets
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ASIC compliance standards
Skills & Experience
Proven background as a Business Manager, F&I; Manager, Finance & Insurance Consultant or Automotive Finance Specialist (essential)
Solid knowledge of car finance, lending, insurance products, (essential)
Experience in a dealership environment (new or used vehicles) (essential)
High-level communication, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven automotive sales workplace
Solid compliance awareness and attention to detail
