PLS is seeking a Mining Supervisor at Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara region. The role leads mining operations, ensures safety and compliance, and develops team capability across shifts on an 8:6, 7:7 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO. The position requires robust leadership and a track record in open-cut mining.

You will coach leading hands, drive adherence to the mine plan, and collaborate with training and environmental teams to optimize performance and safety for daily and weekly targets.
