Gough Recruitment is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to lead a residential strata portfolio in metropolitan Sydney. You will manage day-to-day operations, liaise with owners and committees, and drive proactive maintenance and compliance with strata legislation.

You will have at least 5 years in strata, hold a current Strata Management license, and bring solid relationship and communication skills to a supportive leadership team.
