Recent Balance Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead retail operations across the Pacific region. You will oversee stock control, drive sales performance, optimise conversion and store standards, and support a motivated, high-performing retail workforce.

This role is open to candidates located in Melbourne or Sydney. You’ll travel regularly across the region and collaborate with Area Managers to ensure visits, audits and training.
