Honeywell is seeking a Senior Bid Leader (Large Projects) in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane) to lead strategic, high-value bids across the region. You will oversee prospects from qualification through contract award, coordinating sales, operations, engineering and commercial inputs to deliver winning tender submissions.

You will guide virtual teams, drive bid strategy and governance, and support the sales function in negotiations and clarifications for major projects.
