Poulet & Porc in Brisbane is seeking a senior kitchen skilled to lead shifts at Eat Street Northshore. The role is around 40 hours per week, including weekend nights, and is a senior position from day one.
You’ll work with the team alongside our senior chef and, over 6–12 months, take on more responsibilities running the kitchen. We operate a well-equipped kitchen with smokers, rotisseries, ovens, sous vide, mincers and sausage fillers, enabling in-house production and room to innovate.
