grow and develop Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation and food safety standards Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills Willing to obtain RP and Advanced Gaming Certificate ABOUT THE ROLE There are two jobs available for 20 to 35 hours per week, working days, working evenings and weekends is essential.
The successful candidates will have evidence of their Responsible Service of Alcohol (SA), your Basic Gaming Certificate is preferred but not essential.
Ensure excellent and professional customer service at all times Set up and reset specific activities as directed Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages Proficient in the qualified service/supply, dispensing/mixing of liquor and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Ensure all gaming areas are cleaned to the required standard Ensure all gaming furniture and equipment are maintained to the required standard Ensure correct lighting/music/amenities and general ambiance of the gaming room is maintained to the required standard Ensure food, coffee
