Our Lady Help of Christians, Epping is seeking a skilled School Services Officer for a permanent part-time opportunity working 18 hours a fortnight.
This position remunerates at a Level 4 under our Enterprise Agreement.
Specific days of work are negotiable, however availability to work a combination of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is preferrable.

Specific Criteria Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school Ability to demonstrate a 'customer-focused' approach Be highly organised and show attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of external and internal stakeholders Experience in a busy, dynamic office setting Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite (especially Word, Publisher and Excel) Experience with Google Chrome Applications Sound knowledge of accounting concepts and principles,
