Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Seeking for new potential Introducing Broker (IB) or client
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives (South Africa)
Need to be active to call customers regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
Follow up and maintain customer relationships
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Achieve the best in sales target and KPI

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any fields or higher.




Professionals with early to mid-level experience
Working experience in stock, securities, banking, insurance, wealth management is preferred
Knowledge of Stock, Securities, Forex market, Meta trader 4 will be an advantage
Valuable communication skills. Good service mind and good customer handing skill.
Able to work under pressure
Sales-oriented and excellent interpersonal skill
Good attitude and team player
