Giannitto Family Hotels is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the team at Giannitto Family Hotels in Gawler, SA. This full time role supports the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, prepares and cooks high-quality dishes to the menu, and upholds strict food safety standards.

You will assist with menu planning, stock management and budgeting, while leading and mentoring the kitchen team to maintain a positive, cooperative workplace and drive innovation in menu items.
