The Opportunity Based in Cairns , this is an prospect for an experienced Program Scheduler to support the effective planning and coordination of regional delivery activities.
You will maintain high-level project and program schedules, monitor milestones and deliverables, identify potential delays and emerging risks, and provide timely updates to delivery teams.
The role will also contribute to resource planning, apprentice and work experience coordination, planning meetings and the ongoing development of project schedules.
This is a temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
About You You will have experience in program or project scheduling, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
You will ideally have: Experience using MS Project,
