Silver Chain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support our aged care clients in Sanctuary Point and surrounding areas. The role focuses on home help and personal care to maintain independence and wellbeing, with an emphasis on building positive client relationships.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 months in a similar role, a valid Australian driver's license with their own insured vehicle, and experience with personal care, manual handling and medications.
