A positionhas become available for a casual Practice nurse located in Jimboombafor immediate start. We offer a supportive team-based environment in which the practice nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.

Key Responsibilities:
Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
Immunisation
Ear syringing
Minor Procedures
Recalls
ECG's and Spirometry
Ordering stock and vaccines
General Practice support

Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of chronic disease management is advantageous
Capacity to multi task, prioritise and positive time management
Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
Skilled presentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
