Southern Cross Care (WA) is seeking an ICT Support Officer to ensure the ICT function operates across SCCWA sites in Western Australia. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing ICT equipment and supporting hardware and software in a not-for-profit aged care workplace.
Reporting to the ICT Infrastructure and Support Services Manager, you will deliver prompt customer service, manage user tickets and contribute to IT improvements.
