Key responsibilities
Responsible for the tele- and in office technical support and post sales support.
Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating Hybrid / storage inverter and EV charger.
Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with explicit descriptions
Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor degree or above: must be electrical or electronics background.
Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the solar or EV charger industry especially dealing with product trouble shootings
Strong ability to analyse and solve problems independently.
Reliable and self-motivated
The ability to learn recent technologies quickly
Strong Microsoft office skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment,
Excellent communication skills
A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Adapt to frequent travel
Driving license required.
