JJ’s Waste & Recycling operates Australia-wide and seeks a Workshop Manager to lead the Wagga Wagga workshop. You’ll supervise mechanics and apprentices, drive safety, maintain compliance, and optimise workflow while staying hands-on when needed.

You’ll build robust customer and supplier relationships, manage maintenance records and audits, and mentor a team across 17 divisions with room to grow within our essential services company.
