Berry Street is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the South Eastern Case Management Services in Noble Park. You will deliver intensive case management, advocacy and outreach to vulnerable children and young people aged 12–18, working with families and community services to achieve safety and positive life outcomes.

You will collaborate across departments, maintain solid community ties and advocate for the best interests of the young people in a supported, child-secure workplace.
